Within 5-10 business days, and no later than 14 days after we receive your return or your proof of postage. Original delivery costs included.
How to return an item
Log in to your account
Go to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
Select item(s) to return
Choose the items and tell us the reason for the return.
Print your return label
Download and print the prepaid return label we email you.
Ship the package
Drop off the package at your nearest post office or pickup point.
Return conditions
- Item unworn and unwashed — trying it on is of course fine.
- Original tags and labels kept.
- Item returned in packaging that protects it (the original packaging is ideal).
- Return requested within 14 days of delivery, then 14 more days to ship it back.
Non-returnable items
- Jerseys with custom printing (name or number chosen by you): size exchange possible, but no refund — article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code
- Gift cards
Everything else in the catalogue can be returned, sale items included. An item that has clearly been worn, washed, damaged or sent back without its tags is still refundable, but the refund may be reduced in proportion to the loss of value.
Need a different size?
If you need to exchange your jersey for a different size, simply initiate a return and place a new order for the correct size. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.
